Terms and Conditions

All bookings are taken on the condition that you accept these terms and conditions.

• You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
• Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
• You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
• Other inclusions not listed as part of this booking may be chargeable.
• Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Pets are allowed only in designated areas and will incur an additional charge. A pet contract must be signed.
• Any breakage or damage to property will be charged to the guest.
• Campfires with recorded music are permitted, subject to weather conditions.
• Proper swimwear is mandatory for using the pool. Please avoid entering the pool with valuable ornaments.
  Pool Timings: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Check-in: The first day for which the hotel room is booked. If the reserved room/cottage is occupied on the night before your check-in date, check-in will be allowed only after 2:00 PM.
• Check-out: The last day of your stay. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. For late check-out, please contact the reception. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Early check-in is also subject to availability and will be chargeable. Arrivals before 10:00 AM are billed from the previous night.
• To confirm your booking, full payment for the duration of your stay must be made in advance. If you are unable to pay in advance, rooms/cottages will be blocked only provisionally and will be allotted based on availability at the time of arrival. Priority will be given to guests who have paid in advance.
• As per Government of India regulations, all foreign nationals must present their original passport with a valid visa at check-in. Check-in will not be allowed without these documents.
• Indian citizens (all occupants) must present valid address proof at check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as address proof.
• Children Policy:

1. Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults.
2. Children between 6 and 12 years old will be charged.
3. Children aged 5 years and below can stay complimentary, without an extra bed.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

Cancellation / Change in Arrival Date must be intimated to us in writing. In case of No-Show or guaranteed reservation, the hotel reserves the right to levy retention charge for the entire stay. Cancellation / change in date will attract following retention charges:

• This privacy policy sets out how we use and protect any information that the guest gives us when they use this website.
• We are committed to ensuring that the guests' privacy is protected. Should we ask the visitor/guest to provide certain information by which they can be identified when using this website, then the visitor/guest can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy strategy.
• We at Vaasta Vagamon are committed to the privacy of everyone who accesses our website, vaastavagamon.com only collects personal data about the visitor/guest as needed to provide them with outstanding service, and to help process their request or provide them with information.

Refund Policy

• In case of refund, bank transaction charges will be deducted over and above the cancellation charges. Refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days after Management authorization.
• In case of credit card transactions, refund will be done only to the bank account of the respective card holder. (After deducting the bank service charges)
• Hotel Tariffs and other prices are subject to change any time and without prior notice.
• Tourists will have to pay taxes on the published tariff as per Government notification.
• The Management reserves to itself the absolute right of admission to any person in the hotel premises. The resort reserves the right to deny admission.
• We reserve the right to change any brochure or information on the website before or after your booking due to any events beyond our control. In case we areaware of any changes, in advance we will notify you.
